The Kenya Union of Post-Primary Education Teachers (Kuppet) has reiterated its commitment to the ongoing nationwide teachers’ strike, despite a court order temporarily halting it.
Kuppet also stressed that parents who choose to send their children to school during the strike do so at their own risk, taking full responsibility for their children’s safety.
On Tuesday, the High Court suspended the strike pending the outcome of a case brought by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
